I just think we'd all be a lot happier and probably would enjoy relationship with God even more if we relaxed a little and came to Him like His children. After all we are CHILDREN of God. Not adults of God.
I think we create unnecessary disappointment in our lives when we super impose our expectations over the top of Gods plan.
Knowledge makes us feel informed. It makes us feel like we are in control. Except that we aren't. The more we lean on our own understanding and ability to reason, the farther we get away from real wisdom.
